2010 Seasonal - Maintenance- Cost

Our main objective is to supply maintenance service at a fair price and as efficient as possible. Do to energy cost we had to adjust charges, the first in ten years.

We work out of two locations New Glasgow and Havre Boucher

Halifax and Sydney in the very near future

Service calls: $40.00 ( With in a one hour travel from one of our locations one way)

Service calls: $60.00 (within two hours travel one way)
Service calls: $80.00 (over two hours travel one way)
Energy Sir Charge: $20.00 (standard charge on all calls)

Please make note if we can plan you in our routine daily travel and schedule at our convenience no service charges will be required.

Our Cost structure for 2010:

1. Remove vinyl roof or replace.  (Includes cleaning, waxing and packing panels)
2. Under 120 square feet = $60.00
3. Under 170 square feet = $70.00
4. Over 170 square feet = $90.00

Replacement Parts:

1. Stainless steel wheels @ $7.00 each.
2. Three piece window clips @ $2.50 each
3. Screen replacement @ 36.00 each (an on site service)
4. Lower 1/3 wind break panel @ $51.00
5. Upper 2/3 wind break panel @ $87.00
